Forza H 5 then Flight Sim. Not a great deal to choose from to be fair.

Watched a documentary on where it all began. Working for Atari back at the beginning looked great!! They all smoked weed and just had fun at work!! I’ll def get this. Combat was the first video game i ever owned/played. Think i was 5 years old!!

@Dezzy70 why not copy them an do the same!!! Xbox only gamers really do miss out on so much!! PS exclusives are mind blowing!! They’re an experience to behold, they really are. I love my XSX an my PS5, i couldn’t be without them but the exclusive games are very different. Xbox make incredible video games, PS make incredible experiences.

@Arcnail for me Playstation exclusives are on another level. They’re more than just good games, the story, the acting, the immersion, the emotion, they really are incredible!! I own an love both the PS5 an XSX but like i said, PS exclusives are mind blowing. Like AAA Netflix series where you control an make decisions for the lead character.

@XboxDmC there’s no way Sony could afford $68 billion!! Sony are worth about $98 billion, Microsoft are worth over $2 trillion!!

@c1979h you do know PS+ has like twice as many subscribers as Game Pass? At the moment i put PS+ extra an premium above Game Pass. The main selling point of Game Pass is day one exclusives yet there’s been 2 in two years!! Forza H 5 which is great an Halo Infinite which is ok. PS+ has lots of Playstation exclusives that are pretty much all incredible games, just not day 1.

Been tempted to buy shares in Activision. At the mo they’re about $71 per share. Microsoft have said if/wen the deal goes thro they’ll pay $93 per share!! The worry is if the deal doesn’t go thro they’ll drop to about $60 per share.

Gonna try this today. Looks like it’s a similar concept the Smash TV an that’s a classic!!

@Martsmall i don’t think i’d wanna do that! I can only play VR for an hour tops, then i take a break. I can play on a screen for a few hours if i’m home alone. I suppose it’d be decent for someone who hasn’t got a decent size TV.

@c1979h how can it hit VR headsets? Xbox don’t do VR. There are zero VR games on Game Pass.

@Romans12 Forza is great but it’s a driving game, can’t really compare it. Saying Halo Infinite is the best game you ever played tells me you’re an Xbox fan. It’s average at best. It flopped!! An like i said, yes an opinion is subjective but 20 odd million opinions makes it a decent shout.

I’d love to get into Football Manager, used to love LMA Manager on Megadrive back in the day but i tried last years an didn’t have a clue what was going off??? I wish Game Pass an PS+ games had an instruction section. Rollercoaster Tycoon is the same, used to love Theme Park. Roller Coaster Tycoon is just bonkers! Can’t work out how to do half of the things!!

In my opinion Playstation exclusives are absolutely the best games. Game like The Last of Us 1 an 2, God of War, Uncharted 4, Ghost of Tsushima, Spiderman an Miles, Days Gone, etc, all mind blowing games. A big reason for this is huge investment. These game aren’t on PS+ day one as they often sell 20+ million copies. Spiderman an Miles is at about 34 million copies sold. If they were day 1 PS+ Sony would take a huge hit, less money earned means less money invested. It’s great that AAA Xbox games come to Game Pass day 1 but if they didn’t an it meant Xbox exclusives matched the quality of PS exclusives i’d be fine with that.

Some reviewers are saying the best game ever!! Apparently there are some massive twists in the story that will shock you. This is one reason Playstation have the best games, their writing and in game acting is incredible. As good as any movie or series available to watch. Sony do make movies so maybe that gives them an advantage in story telling.

@Tharsman they’ve got a fair way to go. There are twice as many PS+ subscribers than Game Pass subs. Vanguard i believe sold 30 mill copies on all platforms, even if every COD buyer subbed to Game Pass they still wouldn’t be there. Not to mention a lot don’t like Game Pass or PS+, seen a lot say they’d rather own their games.

This is the best COD yet for me!! Excellent game!!

@Somebody i’ve never seen that before but who wrote it??? It says Microsoft announces their acquisition of Activision Blizzard. They did no such thing, they haven’t acquired them yet!!

Now he’s saying wat you’re saying they’d never do, as long as there is Playstation there’ll be Playstation COD. The contract wouldn’t state Microsoft/Activision will make COD for Playstation forever, it’d say every COD “we decide to make” will come to Playstation the same time it comes to Xbox. That’s wat Sony wanted and only now Phil Spencer is saying the same. I bought Mod Warfare 2 on PS5 simply cos i have 2 tb storage upgrade. If an wen COD comes to Game Pass i’ll play COD on Xbox.

@Somebody originally Phil Spencer did say COD will remain on Playstation for a few years. A few years is 3 or 4. Sony said this wasn’t good enough. Why didn’t Phil Spencer say this from the start? Because their first intention was to make it exclusive. They’ve now decided they’d rather the deal go thro and COD remain on Playstation than the deal be quashed an COD still remains on Playstation.
Plus console COD sales are approx 70% on Playstation. It would have absolutely looked like MS were trying to hurt Playstation an monopolise the gaming industry.

@Tharsman they could but it’d prob not be a good idea. It would undoubtedly be compared to Insomniac’s game and Insomniac are masters at this kind of game.

EA doesn’t fill me with confidence. If it was Insomniac then i’d be intrigued.

@CoffeeFueled COD has hundreds of millions of fans. It’s COD!! Why would they change the game? If it aint broken why fix it? They release what they know COD fans want. If ya not a fan, don’t buy COD, try a different game!

They need to get Game Pass everywhere!! The main attraction of Game Pass for me is day 1 exclusives. However the current lack of these isn’t the only reason Game Pass didn’t hit it’s target. PS+ doesn’t offer day 1 exclusives, never has yet there are twice as many PS+ subscribers than there are Game Pass subscribers. This is because Playstation massively outsells Xbox. More customers means more subscribers. If Game Pass was available on mobiles, tablets, smart TV’s, motor car TV’s, etc their subs would sky rocket. On the other hand sales of consoles might drop. I have the Series X, my first ever Xbox, an i only bought it for Game Pass. If i could access Game Pass straight from my TV i’d have not needed the Series X. Just an Xbox pad an i’d be good to go. Also altho PS+ doesn’t offer day 1 exclusives they still put exclusives on there after a while. Playstation exclusive games are incredible, they are masters at the single player story driven games, like a Netflix series in video game form and these kind of games are a lot of peoples fav games. The exclusive are the only thing that make me prefer my PS5 to my Series X. As far as consoles go they’re pretty identical but PS has the mind blowing games. Seen lots say they bought PS5 for the exclusives an Xbox gor Game Pass. PS5 has the exclusives available, even if most are remakes/remasters at the mo. New PS players will still be blown away, old PS players are also blown away playing PS5 versions of these games. Plus the PS5 exclusives that are upcoming are pretty much a safe bet that they’ll be ip to the usual standard. Ragnorok drops in a few weeks an for me that’s nailed on to be GOTY. I just really hope games like Starfield, Redfall, etc live up to the hype or next year will be the same again.

@themightyant i dunno. I love violent movies an series, i love blood an guts. Watchin it doesn’t bother me at all but certain real vids i’ve seen that are graphic do bother me an make me wince an cringe a bit. Knowing it’s not real kind of numbs me to it. Love the saw films, but if i were to witness a man really saw his foot off with a blunt saw i’d def look away.

I mean games and movies have an age rating for a reason but even if a kid does play violent games it’s his/her mindset that makes them commit murders, not the game! @Banjo- to be fair i don’t think Sony have been hypocritical. Sony have never acquired an already huge, established dev company an made their games exclusive. Sony buy little known devs that no one really cares about an turns them in to world beaters! If Sony bought say EA an made games like Fifa, NBA, etc or Rockstar an made GTA an Red Dead exclusive i’d that’d be a ***** thing to do. MS have recently said they’d like to make COD like Minecraft, available on everything which is fine and a smart move. That’ll bring in heaps more cash than making the game exclusive. There’s not a single valid reason to make COD exclusive other than to hurt Playstation. This is wrong an a ***** move. I’m all for exclusive games, competition is good but exclusives should be just that. New, exclusive games. Not simply throwing ya cash around buying already established games an stopping other platforms from playing them.

I really think the new PS+ extra/premium is superior to Game Pass. It has far more games and covers more gens. I have extra at the mo as there aren’t really many PS1 an PS2 games i’m fussed about but it is new so i’ll give it time. If you look at the games available on extra there are way more better quality games than there are on Game Pass. Game Pass main selling point is day one exclusives yet in the last 2 years there’s been like 2 or 3. To be honest i wouldn’t want PS+ to feature day 1 exclusives. Imo if Sonyy did this the quality of their exclusives would drop an they would no longer make the best games in the industry. I’m fine paying £50 to £60 a few times a year for games that are on another level an blow my mind.

Phil Spencer said that Game Pass is sustainable, not profitable. Yet.
