More of a chance for Microsoft to say due to your search activity they will limit/block the account until it's reviewed. Spreading the normal amount over 16hrs was seen as to many searches and stopped me using points!

Just checked and there is an xbox version to claim. Gives you a redeem code which I redeemed on my xbox.

So that's why my day one xbox one won't update. Microsoft I'm coming for you!

Have had to play the opening level 4 times due screen freezing on end bit. Fixed it by turning off ray tracing. Seems good, just need time to play.

The streak protection I had awhile ago and had it turned on just incase. Didn't miss a day and then it said my streak protection had ended and I'd have to wait til January to use it again. It seems more like a cover for the amount of times the rewards don't work.

Just checked uk and it's gone up. A £5 shop voucher (argos) has gone up 525 points!!! Xbox ones gone up as well.

@spoonman2 I thought it was just me. Did my searches this morning and played a game to get achievement and went back in to be told to change location. Fingers crossed its fixed soon.

@el_pieablo sounds like the response I got. They wouldn't explain why it was on there or look at the picture I sent to prove it. Terrible service and they asked for feedback lol

Had a similar issue with a deal a couple of weeks ago. Was linked to a rewards deal and included games that didn't count towards the reward but you had no way of knowing. I brought a game on deal page to find it didn't count. Rewards customer service was worst I've ever had. Wouldn't tell me why they advertise it on deal but don't count it as a deal. I don't trust deals anymore or rewards team.

Love reward as I got an expansion card for free! The customer service is very poor at the moment. I did a deal to spend £30 on games on a deal and I did but 1 didn't track. I've taken pictures of the deal page with the game in question on it and have been told its not on the deal and only games on the deal page count. Sent them the pictures and they say the same thing, won't say why its on deal page and close the case. Very poor customer service. I just keep opening a new case. I just want a answer to why and they can't answer it. No trust or respect. Terrible service.

Same issue with the punch card. Fingers crossed it works soon. Had this issue before and had to raise it with rewards team. Which was long winded.
