Topic: Resident evil 4 remake

Hello I am new here and confused. I brought the resident evil 4 remake(dulux edition) for my Xbox one but quickly realised that it won't work. I ordered a one s and still have the unsupported device error. I ordered a new uhd TV thinking that was the issue. Nope try to download the game and still get the device not supported error when I try to download. Confused I went to YouTube and people are playing it on the s version. Any advice peeps

Resident Evil 4 Remake only released for Series X|S, PS4, PS5 and PC.
They dropped the Xbox One version I believe.

I have the xbox series s. The game is advertised as being on the s and x version. Shame about the xbox one version being dropped

It's the one s. I didn't know that there was s series. Might explain the problem I am having 🙁

On the game cover it states Xbox Series X. It is also compatible with Xbox Series S. If you bought a physical copy, then return it to the store for a refund. If bought digitally, then request a refund.

Looks like they have an Xbox One S not a Series S. If you purchased it digitally, try request a refund.

I will give it a go. I brought it from the xbox store. I will have a look at a refund.how do I go about it 👍

@Dayshaddow Request a digital refund on Xbox.com since Microsoft allows it unlike the other two, but don't wait too long.
