@Sveakungen For real! These developers have a choice, they could put in the time and effort to develop for Series S or they can cut out the majority of the next gen Xbox ownership base and forget about being on Game Pass. Considering the variety of specs that a multiplatform developer has to consider just for PC, this whining about Series S seems like an excuse from mediocre developers that just aren't very good at their jobs.
I'm with you on Scorn. It looks to be a lot slower than I like my FPS games to be, even if they are going for a Resident Evil 7/8 first person survival horror thing. I can also see me gegting sick of the one environment they've showed for years if this game is more than a few hours long.
@Martsmall With sports and racing gamers companies can get away with anything they want. Those people pay $70 every year for roster updates, then for loot boxes afterwards.
I'm glad I don't have to care since I have both systems and couldn't care about CoD anyway. I do wish MS would just be consistent. One never knows if one of their acquisitions will be treated like Minecraft and stay on everything or become exclusive like Bethesda games. That's why we have all these stories when MS buys something.
@GunValkyrian What multiplatform exclusives/studios has Sony been acquiring? Most of what Sony has exclusive is because their studios made it and the studios acquired have been ones that already made PS games (Insomniac, Housemarque, etc.), are new startups, or Bungie which is staying multiplatform. Since MS has had middling success (to be generous) with makng games and franchises of Sony's caliber they are going with buying them.
I have PS5 and an Xbox, so I don't have a horse in the race, but lets not act like taking a massive franchise like CoD off PS is the same as Sony putting out their exclusives.
@Kaloudz I wouldn't say the campaign is great, but it is the best part of Infinite and more campaign is what would bring me back to the game. But the multiplayer is where they make that microtransaction money, so of course it's the sole focus.
@Bleachedsmiles I really don't think a more traditional style of Soulsborne will play as well in a post-Elden Ring world for all the reasons you mentioned. I am intrigued by Lies of P's setting and world though.
Got my Series S as a Gamepass machine to compliment my PS5. They even match color scheme. The Series S was a brilliant way for MS to bring me back. I had 360 and PS3, but never felt the need to buy a XB1. Now I'm even caught up on the XB1 exclusives I missed.

Re: Talking Point: Can You Remember The First Game You Ever Completed?
Since I can't in good conscience count warping in Super Mario Bros. as properly beating the game. I think its got to be Legend of Zelda.

Re: Xbox Series S Becomes More Powerful Thanks To New Console Update
If MS is trying to bring console gaming to apps on a TV or something equivalent to a Fire stick, why should the specs of the Series S really matter?
