@Grumblevolcano I hadn't thought about it like that. That would make more sense but still fails to explain why the background looks similar to that of Australia
@pip_muzz I did think the same when I saw this earlier. That, the fact there is a standalone Hot Wheels game already, and the fact that the toy-related expansions are typically the second expansion released makes me question this
Not surprising given how little we've seen of it thus far. Enjoyed the original 2 games so hopes are high but I'm pessimistic to say the least. All the delays being seen show that it's not just Microsoft suffering.
Is it just me or is it sad that an article about a free trial has to be published? I'm not criticising the (quite frankly brilliant) PX team instead, the idea of having to invest £50+ on a game that you might not like. Sure, you can see gameplay online but it's not the same until you play it yourself.
I know you can sometimes get a refund if you've played so little of a game but there's 3 issues with that: Not many people know about that, it's a hassle, and you can't play enough to know if the games for you in that short window.
Surely, these AAA games should all be coming with free 30 minute - 1 hour demos, right?
Been wanting to give this a go on PC but held off for two reasons: The first being my preference to game on Xbox and the second being that I knew it would go f2p. Called it.
Worried about the F1 series to be honest. 20 had a good selection of classic cars and track alternatives but 21 ditched those in favour of the story mode - which really doesn't appeal to me - and now they're adding F1 life, which sounds so awful. If I want to drive a supercar, I'd play Forza, or PC, Assetto Corsa and so on... I want to see classic cars and tracks return (like 2013), and it would be cool to see F3 and the W Series also included that way, you could have a longer lasting career that doesn't just start from F2
I'd like to see another compilation game like the Megadrive collection but for something like the Dreamcast. It'd offer a great variety and a great deal to everyone
I'm expecting a Game Pass announcement and why shouldn't we? Since it's currently not a free game, you need to have Gold to play it online, right? I would assume that the majority of people that have gold have it as a part of their GPU sub so why not make it free to play especially since the hype has dwindled in the wait time.
@PhileasFragg An F1 season lasts from March until December: it's all contained within one calendar year whereas something like FIFA takes place across two years (Summer to Summer)
I'm definitely adding this to my 'To Play' list - I didn't know this game was a thing, let alone made by the same folks as Octodad, which I would be far more excited for if it came to Xbox!

Re: Microsoft Is Quietly Giving Away Free Xbox Credit Right Now
Nothing for me, yet again. Good for those that have got it
