@CutchuSlow That's exactly what I do, I actually try to get through every (or as many of) the "leaving soon" games before they exit the service. I haven't bought a new game since Tears of the Kingdom forced me to on the switch (which is the only Switch game I've played all year). I'm really getting a ton of value out of the subscription services and am also discovering awesome new games I wouldn't have tried if I had to actually pay for them (Shout-out to chained echoes and before that Eastward!)
I'm one of the new additions to the community. It's been pretty great switching between my Xbox and PlayStation, I'm also subbed to both Gamepass and Premium...with those two subscriptions I really have no need to buy any other games. Truth be told gaming has never been cheaper for me.
@StylesT It sets a precedent. People shrug when it's one ad for a second only once. Then they shrug when it's two ads. Then three. Then three that you have to wait 5 seconds to close. Then four that you have to wait 30 seconds to close. Then you need to wait a full minute every 30 minutes. Luckily there will be a fix where you can pay a one time fee to disable ads forever. At that point they fixed a problem they created and people will see it as the norm.
The thing is that many of us can recognize when someone is slowly turning up the water to boil us alive and would rather not give them an inch lest they feel they can instead take a mile.
Hell yeah I'm loving all the builder/strategy/4x games lately. As a new member of the Xbox community I've been feeling a bit shafted with PlayStation's offerings lately so it's nice that have things that cater more to me as well.

He says 30 seconds for 2 hours but he means 30 seconds for 2 minutes.

Re: Free Radical Devs Say 'Farewell' As Timesplitters Studio Gets Shut Down
Seems like the Embracer group bought up every studio just to put them all down. Was that the grand master plan after all?
