Topic: Your Latest Xbox Series X|S Purchase

I just purchased Baldur’s Gate 3 on the Series X despite owning it on my PS5. I’m also considering buying Space Marine 2.

Update: I did purchase Space Marine 2, ha-ha. I’m in an arcade-y shooter mood.

Had a just for you offer that was Battlefield 1 for 100% off. Took advantage.

@NintendoByNature I had alot of fun with that game especially since it was WW1 not to many games cover that war. Not sure how multiplayer is nowadays but I have heard it's pretty popular especially with how Battlefield 2034 or whatever it was called turn out.

@NintendoByNature I just got it myself, I thought I had this game already but apparently it was Battlefield V on my Xbox that I had, I am thinking I have BF1 on PS4 still I locked it in. When I did it said that it's just for you for 22 more hours so 8 AM PST tomorrow.

@NintendoByNature Of course not. I will always grab a free game even if I don't plan on playing it cause you never know. I have so many GwG games that I probably won't play but hey a free game is a free game.

Been on the fence about Resident Evil 4 Remake for a while, but saw it reduced to £12.49 earlier today so picked it up. Can't really go wrong at that price.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and the premium upgrade for it.

Visions Of Mana. This will be my next game after Indy.

@NintendoByNature Nice, how does it fair compared to Secret of Mana which is one of my favorite SNES games. I have played other Mana games in the past Legend on PS1 and Children on DS only to be really disappointed by them. Visions does look alot closer to Secret but still I am hesitant about getting it and then being disappointed by it.

@Tasuki I won't know for a bit but I've read it's the best in the series and an amazing jrpg. Once im done with indy I'll jump in.

I recently picked up Elden Ring’s DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree. I was going to start it the day I bought it (the day after Christmas), but Stalker 2 refuses to loosen its grip on me. It’s such an incredible game, and I can’t stop exploring every nook and cranny.

I just bought Assassin’s Creed Syndicate (the complete edition; DLC and all) for five dollars. I’ve heard great things about this game, and since it received a 60 FPS boost recently, I decided to try it out.

Hm never fully understod the charm with Assassin’s Creed. Hm please tell me. Also have you played many games in the series or is this the first one?

@oliverp I couldn’t tell you the charm either. I’ve played 1 & 2 but didn’t like them. I then played Origins (got the platinum for it) and Odyssey and loved both of those. I played Valhalla and beat it but I didn’t like it too much. I think with Syndicate, the setting is what interests me, along with it being a lesser open world compared to the last three entries.
