I bought a metaquest 3 not so long ago. It is a game changer, Playing half life alyx is a truly magnificent experience. I wonder if Gamepass will start offering VR games now.
I recently purchased a metaquest3 and I can't stop playing beat saber. Also a bit of the batman game which is truly amazing. When it comes to Xbox I'm playing RoboCop. It's good so far but I gotta admit it doesn't hit the same level of dopamine as the VR games
My game of the year hands down...I'm mostly only doing side missions and they are awesome. If you like exploring then this game is for you. The level of detail is tremendous
I'm reluctant to start any other games until I finish Cyberpunk (I'm looking at you, Indiana Jones) As soon as I finish it I'll gladly pay for a few months of game pass.
@gollumb82 just curious ... I bought the expanse game on release. I played the first chapter which I really enjoyed. Then it's a tad mediocre. So much so that I lost interest in continuing playing How far are you in the game?
I put death stranding on hold to start a new playthrough of Cyberpunk. The last time I played was on Stadia. I'm really hooked this time. I'm doing every secondary mission and I now realize how good this game actually is. I haven't encountered a single bug in 10hr gameplay so far. Anyways as soon as I finish it I'll be submerging into Indiana Jones. I can't wait to play it
I'm replaying Cyberpunk for a second time. The first time was with Stadia (rest in peace). I'm also watching the Netflix show which is great btw. Also a bit of Death Stranding and Top Spin ,25
I played for a while on PS4 when it was released. I couldn't finish it for wtvr reason though I liked it. I just repurchased it and got hooked on the lore of the game, to the point of buying the first book. I don't know if it's a gem cause I haven't played that much yet but it is something different and that is saying a whole lot in the gaming industry.
Black OPS 6 main campaign...I'm enjoying it quite a lot. Trying to fight the urge to buy dragon age Velo guard. Hopefully after Christmas there's a good discount on it. I really liked what I saw...more streamlined experience to just sit and relax which is what Im looking for.
I'm playing Starwars outlaw and I'm really liking it. I just did a secondary mission that was really well written and set them apart from most formulaic Ubisoft games (I'm sure all side quests won't have this level of depth, but this one surprised me) I'm not a starwars fan and I'm still having a great time. I gotta admit I can't play for more than 2 hours cause its gameplay might gets stale..but that's a personal thing. The world is simply amazing ,gameplay is just fine...it doesn't want to reinvent the wheel. Music is superb. I like the progression system, u need to do certain tasks in order to obtain new abilities. What worries me is that if you simply do the main missions you won't be able to find the characters that lets u unlock these abilities. For me it's a 8.5/10 for now (15 hours in) I'm paying Ubi+ for a couple of months and put in hold my GP subscription until I finish this game.
@BIG3 It's my kind of game. If you like a good story, lots of reading, consequences for your actions (side quest change depending on your decisions)..Then this game is for you. The action is fine but by no means is great. I put it on easy cause after a while I found it quite repetitive. Purexbox gave the game an 8, and I agree with it.
Still playing Banishers ghost of Eden... I want to do every case before proceeding to the main plot. Great game! Combat is repetitive but I don't mind that much
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden... doing all the haunted cases which are the best part of the game. I feel that is gonna take me a while to finish it. I played a bit of Dead Island 2, I like what I played but I want to finish Banishers before I continue.
I will get back to subscribing to Gamepass as soon as i finish Banishers: Lost of new eden and Sherlock holmes chapter 1. Need to justify the 100$ I paid for both these games and saving a few months of gamepass will do just that
3hs in... I'm really enjoying it. Hope it does well saleswise. Combat is serviceable. The story, on the other hand is really good so far. I'm just starting to see the consequences of my decisions. Hopefully we see a review as t PUREXBOX
Loved the game. Bought it day one to support the studio and don't regret it. I needed to do the homework and watch many YouTube videos explaining what the hell was going on...and to be honest to this day I still don't understand a few things. Even with that I had a nice time with the game.
Unrelated subject: is a banisher ghost of new ee n's review coming out. I'm really loving the game..
im on the fence with this one, I will buy it for sure but im not sure ill spend 92 $ CAN with tax no game is worth this much except a few such as GTA and BG3
after preordering Cyberpunk for ps4 i learned my lesson to never do so ever again. That being said, Banishers looks amazing and I will wait for a review before purchasing. Vampyr is an awesome game and i think this is from the same studio
I'll continue my playthrough with Avatar... It's a really nice game. I wouldn't pay full price but playing it on Ubisoft+ was a nice surprise. I'll also continue through baldur la gate 3. Can't wait for vanisher's of new Eden next week
I playing Avatar, really liking this game though im stuck at a point where they kill me so easily even on lower difficulty hehe I decided to play a different run on Baldurs gate 3... and i just cant believe how different the game can be from one playthrough to another. This has to be one the accomplishements of the decade regarding gaming. Trully a gem
a bit of baldurs gate 3 and avatar. I decided to pay one month of ubisoft plus to play prince of persia so avatar is really a plus. I like it so far...
i was really excited when we happy few released, only to be extremely disappointed by its game mechanics. good idea that fell short unfortunately, you re better off watching cinematics on YouTube
Playing Baldurs gate 3, 12 hours in... loving it Also Farcry 6, which is stupid fun ...im sure ill get tired of it soon due to how repetitive the game is. But so far im quite enjoying it .
Baldur's gate 3 is all im playing and thinking. 6 hours in, i might watch a tutorial about combat cause im getting my ass whooped at the goblin camp. Im level 3, perhaps that has something to do with it. I also installes farcry 6 but i dont think ill have time to play it tbh.
Baldur's gate 3. I restarted it after playing it for 1 hour...and omg the story already changed quite a bit. I can already see this is something special
I decided to hold off buying baldur's gate for now. 100 Canadian dollars is quite a lot and I bought alan wake 2 not so long ago. In the meanwhile I'm playing rise of tomb raider. Im gonna also start battlechasers , heard very good things about it and it was on sale at the store for 7$
Getting to the end of alan wake 2. Such a bizarre gem of a game. As soon as i finish it ill probably watch a 2hour Youtube video explaining some things that i missed Also Thirsty suitors to decompress a bit... liking it quite a lot. Highly recommended if you like RPGs and Scott Pilgrim...although the skating parts i couldnt care less
@The-Grezzly-Bear I highly recommend you watch YouTube recap of the story so far. I am still lost on many aspects of the story but that's the whole point...it gets weirder overtime and I'm loving it
Alan wake 2. What a weird and awesome game GOTY so far. Also thirsty suitors.. I downloaded it to try it out and got hooked. Also a bit of chronicles of miriam
Didn't have any game breaking experience except for the audio issues sometimes when i start playing.. i honestly dont understand half of what is going on in the story ...theres a musical at one ñliny and im loving it
There's so much on my backlog that I won't be able to play any of these... yesterday I made the mistake of trying Thirsty suitors and got hooked on it... the first 5 minutes were terrible but it got good after that. Also playing alan wake 2, and chronicles of Myriam at the moment.... so no time for anything else
