As much as I liked Horizon i find Motorsport much better suited to my taste. While Horizon, after while seemed unfocused - sure you can do whatever you want but there's no obvious goal that game wants you to follow, especially once you do all the events, Motorsport is much more structured. 9/10 imho

@armondo36 i liked it, I did not love it tho, I played once and did not really care much enough to play 2nd route, and I did have quite high expectations for it. Ofc that’s very subjective. I’d advise anyone to at least give it a shot

@Kaloudz it’s bit different. It has been designed for switch so it’s less photorealistic than mhw. The locales are much easier to wrap your head around. Gampeplay wise it’s sooo much fun. And yes, it’s big focus is multiplayer, albeit some things are unlocked by single player story

@Ninjadeath2023 That could be something overruled in court if it ever came to this, as one could argue that the contract was sealed when the price has been listed and buyer agreed to pay that price (where i live if you go to the store and there's a price tag on a product, the store is obliged to sell you the thing for that price, even if its low because of a mistake).

Regardless of the legality of that move, it's a bad rep though

Lately indeed things have been slower and im not 100% happy about it (basing on purely subjective likes and dislikes in games). That being said there are 2 games that make me not want to unsubscribe - Forza 5 (now with HW) and MSFS2020. These alone are worth keeping the sub. That being said i did recently start on Until Dawn which is great, but i'm waiting for games that will be bit larger. The nearest ones that ill play are Plague 2 and Scorn, so there's something to look forward to

If it helps streamline playing could gamepass im on board tbh. I would not pay anything extra (other than the device itself ofc) tho.

It did not bring be back to XBox as i never had one before. It's really good system, though, and i'm very happy for having it!

Forza > Plague > Starfield

The game is really rad. I can easily recommend it to those who did not try it yet. It's very accessible and does not require huge effort to master, and the combat is very satisfying.

@SplooshDmg @NEStalgia I totally second the opinion about AI. It's one of my fav games and am currently waiting on CE of the sequel It's not a difficult game, but the story is very enjoyable and it's a nice blend of very serious an humorous tones.

As for the subject of the article itself I did not get an impression and that GP lineup has become bad. Sure, there are points where i finished a game and have trouble selecting something new for myself, but im kinda picky (because i have little time for actual gaming) and i do know there's something yet to come on a horizon. Just now in march Guardians of the Galaxy came onto GP, in april we got LiS: True Colors, and its nothing but a great game. Soon, there's new Sniper and AC:Origins coming out. Heck, even if you just look at blockbusters its not looking half bad at all, and there are non-AAA games too

I bought 2 - Bloodstained and Chorus. Everything else on Xbox i played from GamePass

@themightyant Perhaps, but arranging a manufacturing and distribution chains is part of the business and whether we like it or not, has an impact on which console gets bigger base

You may like Phil, or dislike him, but the fact remains that the brand is thriving under his leadership and he does much to protect it in the future to come. Much deserved award!

@Royalblues considering either of Ryza games are not new anymore, but they are good entry to the series I think it would be a great move

Heck, that does not surprise me, albeit peeps who say its only because of availability are very wrong. I'd totally get it, if i planned on getting PS5 as a main console instead of XSX. I can imagine lots of less wealthy peeps bought it for their kids too, because of the lower price. It's also much easier to have several consoles in your apt if you go with it (like having XSS in your bedroom and XSX in the living room). Also, with streaming working better and better, its also becoming a reasonable alternative.

My point is that there are various reasons that make this console attractive, all of which are valid, and I think Microsoft made a really smart move with it.

Yes, it's weird and there's not much of a plot or progression, but that's all the Forza way. It's alright with me. I played it for like 40 ish hours as well, and I'm thinking of soon moving on. Still, I think of it as a great game and will remember it as such

O love this (streaming) about gamepass. Despite having XSX I have no issues with old gen getting it too (especially since you can stream to pc and phones already, so why not Xbox own consoles?). Does not work with a kinda of games due to latency, but when it's not a bit g issue it's just awesome

I do believe MS could use big single player exclusive title, o w that could span several releases. Xbox has some really good IPs like Halo or Gears, which are really awesome, albeit they do feel like it's mostly about multiplayer, and story is there as an addon

@JON22 check the seal on your fridge doors. Big chunks of air may indicate the seal is not airtight anymore

I never was a big fan of streaming-only-you-will-not-have-strong-pc-at-home approach, but being able to play on XBSX (install) and phone (streaming) is just sooooo convenient and great I cannot imagine myself not paying for GP anymore

I just noticed and thought at first it was a bug. I was about to buy it (still might if it's as good as i hope)

The gameplay is not innovative, but climate, immpersion and general feel of the game is top notch. Well deserved success imho!
