Re: Looking Ahead To A Brighter 2023 For Xbox Game Studios

TutaKachun

The problem with a MS is that they suck at marketing. What we have until June 2023?

Starfield. The new IP from one of the most celebrated developers ever.
Redfall. A new game with a new approach from one extremely talented studio
Forza. The next gen reboot of the best racing sim.

These are supposed to be the games that will show people that MS means business. That if these are just the start just imagine what is coming. How will people know it? Where are the thousand ads on youtube, social media, streets, cinemas. Everywhere. Make people look at these games 24/7

Re: Hideo Kojima & Xbox Partnership Still Seems To Be Going Ahead

TutaKachun

I said it before, and I am saying it again. Kojima is the most overrated person in gaming history. The guy is simply mediocre. The Metal Gear series are incoherent and incohesive. Most characters and situations are nonsensical. WTF did Kojima made and has that God-like status? His scripts are bad according to even the lowest screenwriting standards, his cinematic direction is silly according to cinematography and his game design is just all over the place. And btw, Death Stranding is the most boring and idiotic game in history. I have better time playing AC Unity before the bugs. I am sure I would have a better time if someone beat me to death with a baseball bat.

That said, people seem to like him, for some reason. So I really hope he will make an exclusive xbox game so more people will relaize how much better the xbox experience is.

Re: 46% Of US PlayStation Owners Interested In Xbox Game Pass Due To Activision Deal, Says Poll

Like it or not, CoD is the most important franchise in gaming right now. I mean Vanguard, that suffered 40% less sales was still the most successful PS game of 2021. I still think it will go exclusive after the completion of the buyout, but even if it doesnt, having it on Gamepass and the XBOX online platform is way better than pay 80 dollars and have it on PSN network that sucks

Re: Microsoft Is Buying Activision Blizzard, Reportedly For $70 Billion

@themightyant

Overwatch 2 - Stuck in development hell. #1 losing players
Diablo - "Do you not have phones?"
COD - Main game on the wane. Mobile and Warzone still huge.
WoW - losing players hand over fist
Candy Crush - not the giant it once was
Starcraft - Don't know much about it TBH but not as big as it was.

The IPs are amazing. Activision sucked. Now that MS will give them the freedom and budget to deploy their ideas and talents things will be different

Re: Far Cry 6 Seems To Be Going Down Well With Xbox Players So Far

The game is pure fun. People lately keep missing the point. I don't care if it is a typical ubi game. If it is a Far Cry 3 reskin. I don't care if it isn't revolutionize the gaming industry. The game is so fun that you start playing in 21:00 for a couple of minutes before sleep and suddendly the time is 01
