PS Critics have the highest rated game so far this year, then they get Rise of the Ronin in 2 days and then Stellar Blade next month. No starving there I'd say.

This is not PlayStation exclusive though, I saw people dismissing Persona, Yakuza and every other JRPG before they came to Xbox.

The game has all the updates and has less reviews, of course the score may be higher.

Ghostwire Tokyo has a higher metacritic score on Xbox than PS5 and so does BG3 but suddenly no one is screaming about that.

It has absolutely helped lead to the death of it. Spencer is on record as stating that Game Pass has damaged sales on the Xbox platform and that they've gotten lower and lower due to people being offended at the prospect of now buying games.

I despise Game Pass yep, find it baffling there's a whole ecosystem stunned that publishers avoid it when they equally don't buy games anymore.

I'll believe that Microsoft will do the right thing and keep the publishers they took away fully multiplat when I see it.

Planned to get this on Steam but apparently it's broken there so I'll wait a while for fixes and then get it.

Mine is a backwards compatibility machine and that isn't changing it seems.

Game Pass is useless to me, I'm not interested in their first party output and I'd rather play third party releases elsewhere.

Shame Sony users are now screwed out of every other Activision IP but hey, at least Spencer is happy.

Hopefully they do the next trilogy and release the Xbox exclusive content to other platforms as well. Tomb Raider Underworld still being incomplete on PC and PS after almost 2 decades is ridiculous.

Microsoft keeps crying about the lack of Japanese support but puts the bare minimum for games from that region.

I remember the pre-2010 Xbox 360 where they actually got exclusive Japanese games and paid off Namco Bandai from releasing the full version of Tales of Vesperia so Westerners were stuck with the beta 360 release for over a decade.

There we go, now maybe people will shut up about this coming to Xbox when it's not going to happen.

As I've said in previous articles, Microsoft is more than welcome to fund projects for Square Enix but choose not too.

Less first person games is only a good thing imo.

Absolutely loved this one but I wish it would've incorporated characters like Raditz or original Dragon Ball characters.

Sony said no first party existing IPs, it doesn't mean that there won't be first party games.

Also even without first party, I already have 4 console exclusives at the start of the year that I really want on PS5.

Anyway this year has been a total disaster and we're not even in March. I'm sure we'll get great games from all three camps but this year is just the worst.

It'll get a patch on Series X that allows 120fps.

I plan to pick up the Japanese exclusive Dead or Alive original Xbox one day, it's so blue and I love it.

Mine disappeared because I bought the last game I wanted from it. Should probably look through the store to see if there's anything else I want.

No, Sony funded the games and has commited to their partnership, the game isn't coming to Xbox any time soon if at all.

"Not that anyone cares" - guess I've just imagined all the port begging since 2020 and all the slander and vitriol thrown towards Square Enix over the REMAKE project then.

You'll probably see games that aren't part of a partnership on Xbox but stuff like Dragon Quest Heroes (partnership with Nintendo) or Final Fantasy VII REMAKE trilogy/FFXVI are extremely unlikely.

Final Fantasy XIV isn't a smoking gun before you think of using that, that was only exclusive because of Microsoft's ridiculous server demands back at launch and they didn't want to potentially ruin the servers afterwards, not a Sony partnership.

EDIT: Also you are right, they were timed and then went to PC, they then became multiplatform. Sony have advertised it as a PlayStation Console Exclusive since the beginning, no lies have been said.

Anyone that greenlit High on Life isn't exactly stellar.

Wrong actually, they are paying Square Enix to make the game and they helped fund development. Microsoft is free to do this at any point, they just don't want too.
