I kind of liked it when Fumito Ueda's new IP and Onimusha were recognizable from the first two seconds. Other interests are Mafia, Screamer, maybe the new Virtua Fighter and I need to see gameplay of the ND game (forgot it was in development since 2020 but they has some side projects so now the team is in full force?)
Existing IP so makes a lot of sense imo. To me, Indy was the weird one!
Although software is/are the money maker(s) and exclusives do attract new players, but that said, compared to the others, they are maybe too far back to profit from those exclusives?
I hope they will have a special feature next-gen. This ports/multiplats probably pay for Game Pass. How to keep players that aren't interested in Game Pass is another question?
My go to franchise, easy in, easy out every season now. A lot of content, good car physics, drifting, etc. I stuck to it after 4 and glad I did! This will sell on PS but if these rumors are true, there is going to be a meltdown for sure. A positive side, you don't need an actual Xbox anymore.
Always thought this would be the last one they port but on the long run their plan will be, everything is an Xbox, except the Xbox. It's maybe years away but people are not sticking with OG brand Xbox forever if every exclusive gets ported imo. There will be other Xboxes everywhere😁

Love these games! Still playing 4 & 5 (especially the maps on 5 or well made). Missing the 3rd one but €40 on the PS store (own them on PS) seems a bit steep. I did enjoy them first on Game Pass though but got the better prices on the PS Store at the end. And getting to kill Adolf is also a plus 😁

They haven't had all the luck in the world so I hope this gives them the positive energy to make it better. It had an unique dev cycle so I wish them the best. That said, releasing broken games has to stop. Not good for the customer nor the dev!
Holy ... didn't see this coming but it's an subjective opinion (doesn't mean he's a hater!). If you experience a lot of bugs, that can take away a lot of the fun to be had otherwise. Mixed opinions overall so there is some work to be done for sure.
I'm still waiting. The amount of GB's already been downloaded for the game is pretty high so the devs are very busy at the moment.

The mobile stuff I got and maybe could/would use for Xbox gaming is my Steam Deck (non Cloud). My Smartphone & Ipad (Real Racing 3 is the exception) are seldom used for gaming at all. My gaming laptop is used for Game Pass/Reward Points but most of my game time, I use the Xbox generations which are all still connected because I prefer gaming on a 65 4K TV.
The best on the go gaming for me is still the Nintendo Switch. The only travel by plane is when I go on holiday and that's not something that happens on a regular base 😁
So the ad is totally made for people like you, who are able to benefit from it. And I do see the positives in your case.
What honest number out of 10 would you give for the "overall gaming experience" while using that Fire Stick?

Lonely Mountains: Downhill is quite good once you got the controls figured out. They got a new game coming out at the end of 2024, called Lonely Mountains Snow Riders. There's a Demo on Steam and I kind of like the ski's better than the bikes.

2) There is a need for a lot of hoops to make things done (Licenses)
3) They have a lot of surprises in the future for subscribers/future new games of those IP's
4) They don't really care (but certainly know gamers care) (don't believe that is the case)
5) Still don't have an idea how to bring it all to GPU and attract potential new customers at the same time.

I used to enjoy FIFA games because of the same thing (sport fans follow that news on a daily basis so it kinda makes sense the gamer world evolves with the real world) but I drew the line because of MTX and the rather minor improvements of the game.
It is a thin line on how to improve a game when it is already good but I wish they would put more effort in perfecting the game but also include some features that were not available in the previous ones. And for me that could even be some fun "crazy arcade" modes. They can all exist together in one game, that would be very creative and maybe could lure some people to the game that normally wouldn't.
Every annual game would be a perfect GPU fit. Another reason why I have GPU. Even if it's 6 months later, I do enjoy FIFA, now EA Sports FC, F1, NBA, NHL, etc. (sports games). Buying them all every year, I would be broke in no time 😜
With Football Manager 25 you can play it day one! And with the new engine I totally understand the excitement too! Enjoy!
Lowest 65 - Highest 85 Mbps. Stopped playing a game and this is what I got. It probably helps if you close your game but no idea if that would be a significant difference? Mostly download stuff close to midnight anyway.

Glad Xbox stayed away from mid-gen console refresh since later in the cycle some titles will suffer as with the PS4. I hope it stays at a minimum!
To me the differences were very noticeable, especially with the Formula One game! As a big F1 fan that almost won me over (and better frame rates), but that said, I'd rather wait when the real next-gen consoles come knocking on my door. We got to see a glimpse of the new tech they will be using so interested how that will go further down the line.
And hopefully, devs keep pushing the OG consoles and not simply point at a Pro for better frame rates.
I wish MS spoke out about their plans with the Sebile controller (with haptic feedback). It's almost like don't talk about it and people will forgot about it ...

I think that one was pretty obvious for some time after some deduction but surely, they are betting on several other horses?
They are still juggling with some stuff at the top of Xbox leadership, that's clear to me too. That said, they need to make some calls on what the future (communicate a road map) holds in order from people jumping ship because of doubts. Employees being confused is not a message you want to bring to customers.
Not interested in a mid-gen console but it would be very cool if the "next" Xbox could "plug and play" the whole Steam/GOG/EGS/etc. library. I would be pretty impressed if they could pull that off! Fingers crossed!
