Perfect dark 2 (3rd person tomb raider meets splinter cell open world, but single player and multiplayer are two separate things) and as a pre-order bonus we finally get that GoldenEye remaster that was supposed to come out years ago
To find out that Virtua fighter 6 is coming to Xbox and is exclusive
House of the dead Scarlett dawn is coming to Xbox and will come bundled with a light gun that works on modern TV's
Ninja gaiden 4, because why the heck not
Dead rising 5, back to its roots style with emphasis on survival.
Yeah that's about it, I would say a new halo but we already know that's coming and we only just had gears 5 last year so I can wait on that one, possibly a new banjo game also??
This is a very consumer friendly approach, especially at a time like this when some people don't have much money to spend on new hardware.
I'm not sure how it will work but I would imagine that it would work in the same way as the N64 expansion pack did back in the day, certain features would be locked off and frame rates will be lower and certain graphical effects will be missing entirely. Another example is the switch, take Wolfenstein 2 for example, that is a very visually demanding game yet it runs pretty well on the switch despite quite a big downgrade but the core experience and gameplay is still there and intact despite the downgrade. I imagine xos and xox to be a similar case.
