I think we should reframe this whole thing and talk about how Xbox has been successful in upselling subscribers with early access add ons. Over 700k people were willing to pay an additional £30 for advance access and some skins while also paying the subscription.
I picked this up near launch thanks to a trailer that appeared on the Xbox YouTube channel. It's super fun but incredibly challenging, definitely has that one more run energy
