I really don't see the big deal. They charged $100 years ago for the "everything" package all the way back to Forza Motorsport 3. It was bound to go up eventually with other "premium" or "ultra" edition games now costing $120. I'm just upset this will be the third game now to not have the steelbook package. I really miss getting those. I'm not a big "collectors edition" guy but love the steelbook and art book sets. Especially when they're the same size just thicker as the regular case like the old Forza Motorsport 3 game was.
Will there be an official dock to go along with it? I think it would be pretty cool if they developed some sort of hybrid laptop device for it. Basically a dummy laptop that had a touchpad, keyboard and screen that could connect via Bluetooth or at worse with a single cable. Maybe even be able to have an extra sd drive in it for non gaming storage. Then you could use this for work tasks also. That would be incredible to me.
Does this fix the "bundle not owned" issue? I often come across bundles of a game I own available for purchase. I'll look to see what's included in the bundle and I already own literally everything in the bundle. Yet the bundle is still available to purchase. How is that possible or allowed?
I'm not big into game specific Limited edition consoles but I do love what Sony does with their anniversary consoles. I have the 20th PS4 and 30th PS5 and they're beautiful. Would be cool to see a 25th Xbox.
