I thought i was just rusty. I played 5 on expert and it was rare I didn't win fairly easily. I started 6 on expert and was finishing 8-12. Despite my best efforts i backed it down to highly skilled. That seems like they fell off a cliff. It's either easy win with no competition or a.i. smoking past me like we're in different class cars between the 2 levels. Still love the game and amazed by how large the map is.
