It's been almost 20 years since the release of classic horror game Condemned: Criminal Origins on Xbox 360, and as we approach its two-decade anniversary, it's suddenly been delisted across Steam and the Xbox Store.
It seems this was first highlighted by an Xbox fan on Reddit a few days ago, with the delisting apparently taking place on October 31st across both storefronts. There was no announcement about it, and there hasn't been one since.
There's obviously a lot of speculation about what's happening here, with many suggesting that a remaster or remake could be incoming to celebrate the 20th anniversary. Some have advised that Nightdive Studios would be a good candidate for giving this game a refresh in 2025, and that certainly sounds like a good idea to us!
We'll obviously keep an eye out to see what's going on, but in the meantime you can still access Condemned: Criminal Origins if you already own it - it's just been delisted for new digital purchases. The 20th anniversary is on November 22nd, which also happens to be the 20th anniversary of the Xbox 360 itself.
