Topic: ea server for fifa 23

hi,my son has fifa 23 but he cant play online,it says cant connect to ea server
i dont think we set up an ea account for him
i know my other son has an ea user name as i set it up for him using my wifes email
can i set up the ea server thing on xbox using the same email address?
