I own a Xbox one s which I only use for game pass ultimate. I would like to buy a box series x so I can have a console upstairs and downstairs, If both are logged into my account can I play a game save in one room and carry on in another on a different console? Then move back to the other console again?
@fizzle-list Game saves are held in the cloud so you should have no issues moving back and forth between either - as long as you are signed into your account. I would assume that you are not trying to run 'both' consoles, both signed into your account at the same time. It should 'sync' save files anyway - so you shouldn't have any issues with saving the game in one room and then starting up where you left off in another...

ok, that's great thanks I wasn't sure and didn't want to buy a next-gen console if I couldn't play supported games across both. as you say I do not want to use both together just move from one to another.
