Topic: Playing Xbox Games on a Tablet

I have my Series X problem is I currently have only one TV and with a family it's usually always in use. I recently got a tablet. So I was wondering is there a way that I can play my games with a controller on my tablet while the TV is in use. I do have Gamepass Ultimate.

@Tasuki In terms of Android, you can pair the Xbox controller via Bluetooth to the tablet (or any other BT controller - I tend to use an 8BitDo one myself). The Game Pass App will let you do cloud gaming via the tablet and you can also do remote play via the Xbox app too. You can likely play cloud via the browser too, but I haven't actually tried that yet.

No idea on Apple kit though, don't own any. I remember reading about issues with how they were implementing cloud via Game Pass on Apple kit in the beginning, but not sure if they resolved it.

@dmcc0 I forgot to mention, it's an android tablet. And that sounds great. I will see how it's done and try it out soon.

Yeah, I don't even own an Xbox (well, at least nothing newer than a 360), and was able to play on my tablet & phone when I subbed to GP Ultimate over the summer to try out the cloud feature.

I even got one of those little controller grip things for my phone that was compatible.

Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)

@Tasuki Obviously only Game Pass games can be streamed from the cloud, but all your games can of course be streamed from your actual XSX via the Xbox app in Remote Play (Remember to turn it on on the console, and leave it in Instant On if you want to turn it on from the app.)

Also, if the controller seems laggy, I don't think you can use the Xbox wireless USB dongle on Android like you can for PC (it works great on PC), but you can always run wired. On my Surface Pro I did find that Bluetooth was annoyingly latent when streaming.
