I play all of my games at home because they’re home Games experiences. Play anywhere is just PR sham to turn everything into digital where your consumer rights don’t exist.
Easily the worst Halo game. Promethians were awful new enemies, & old enemies like Elites had far less good AI which make them boring to fight. Story was poor too. 343 was never given the time with Halo 4 & 5 to make a good game…. and when they were given a lot of time with infinite, they still couldn’t make a good game.
Non stop. 90% of my game time is replaying older games. Games from the 360/PS3 gen are so much better than modern games, that by playing older games you’re playing better & more fun games than what’s released nowadays. Modern games are more polished & convenient, but no way near as fun.
That Xbox says it’s selling Game pass tiers as “your choice”, is a huge PR lie because you don’t get any choice to not pay for all the old irrelevant games as part of Game Pass, Which Xbox uses to justify their gross price increase. Don’t care about Ubisoft or EA games at all but we’re forced to pay for it. Disgusting
No, it was incredibly boring. Tons of useless walking-sim gameplay, average at best puzzles, and comically bad combat. Side kick was annoying. To go from Wolfenstein 1-2 to this is a major step backwards
No way I’m buying this. Not being able to play console games natively is a massive negative. PS Portal was a big turn off for that reason & Xbox deliberately refused to learn that lesson.
It’s bad. Slow plodding 1 note combat vs atrocious AI. Combat boils down to basic aiming & using 1 weapon against enemies who love moving slowly & love being shot in the open. I experienced 4 enemies slowly moving sideways right next to each other and I mowed them down mindlessly. Story & dialog is embarrassingly 3rd rate. Only good thing about the game is the visuals at night when on the city streets.
Ninja Gaiden 4 & Doom DA looks good. South of midnight gameplay look amateurish but the art is very good, and the other game I don’t like any turn-based combat but it does look unique & stylish.
Had a really good movement system, but it implemented a dash move - which is essential to movement fun - till way too late in the game. Also the most fun weapons to use were the most overpowered which completely trivialised and made the combat a boring cakewalk. Still a unique game that was relatively fun, It’s still stuck on 30FPS on consoles.
That 2TB SX looks horrendous. Doesn’t like like space at all, but looks like it’s diseased. I really want to but a new SX 2 TB but I refuse to buy a console that looks so ugly.
FH 2 did change this genre for the better, but it’s not a good game compared to FH4 for eg which is easily the best game in the Horizon series till this day. FH4 still has the best track design & best overall quality. FH5 took a drop in quality because of its bigger size meant there’s too much filler. Classic case of quantity over quality.
Campaign was bad. Boring open world, Bullet sponge harder enemies, Lack of enemy variety, overly similar weapons we’ve been getting for years for too long, zombie enemies were really poor to engage with & robot enemies are even worse. Lots of forced slow boredom inducing walk & talk sections, dumb AI….
Awful. So many bad games and a ton of useless trailers instead of gameplay. And Dune had the most gameplay….but looked like an abomination. No wonder gaming is getting worse.
Play the original and the story and characters were pretty good but the gameplay was absolute garbage. Why is no one talking about if there’s been any gameplay improvements?
More proof that this game should’ve been delayed 1 year. Xbox/ Bethesda deliberately released a badly unfinished game to its own detriment and damage to its reputation. Don’t care that this is more stable than a usual Bethesda game it’s not up to current standard still.
Not hyped at all. Watching that really boring combat of 1st person punching & first person whip-combat is staggeringly uninteresting. Going from Wolfenstein shooter combat to this is the most disappointing thing I can imagine.
I never pre-order anything ever and never will. Games are now worse than ever & that’s a fact. Xbox is the last place I will pre-order because they have the worst games & game pass lets me try before I buy. Oh, & every game that I like after try, I buy.
My policy is I’m never again risking wasting money on buying games early. Especially in the digital age where consumer rights are violated because you mostly can’t return or sell digital games.
That they only released their new plan one year ago, and now have to create a whole new plan, is perfect proof that Xbox is run by incompetent clowns. Hellblade 2 was a disaster, with Xbox making zero demand or request to improve the gameplay which is why that game failed so badly. Then you’ve got the disaster that was Halo Infinite, Redfall……, & is really obvious that Spencer, Matt Booty, Sarah Bond….and the rest responsible need to be fired & replaced.
About the same. The main reasons are the gaming is definitely worse than the 360 generation, but I also like to replay games a lot because it’s my favourite hobby and TV sucks now, so what else am I gonna do?
Forza 4 is the best Horizon game. It has The best overall cars track design, & its smaller size meant more time was put into quality. Horizon 5 was bigger and had more content but suffered a lot due to quantity over lack of quality.
Best Xbox showcase in a long time. But a few game has a lack of gameplay, way too much “woke”, and a few boring announcements.
I don’t care about COD, but that presentation was one of the best ever. Thorough, full of gameplay, and detailing information on the changes and improvements.
Don’t like the - we won’t the won’t be closing down ninja theory “any time soon” disclaimer. Seems like the 1st misstep and it’s all over for you allowance.

Mass effect 3 because the gameplay is much better than 2, even though the story was a bit worse & the finale was garbage.
