Interesting that this hasn't been a standard feature since Xbox One at the very least. I worked retail and you have no idea how many people don't know how to pair up their controllers.

@GiveMeMoney That would mean admitting we are paying for multiplayer in the year of Christ 2023. They need to have the games to point at and say "but look! value!"

I would say XGP is a bit better for sure. Sony needs to add more old stuff to the premium to make it really interesting. But Gold vs Plus Essential? Whoa, no competition for Sony. Brilliant offering there.

Nope. I don't believe it. The point in the gameplay reveal where there are timers (20 minutes and so on) is a perfect opportunity for them to add some "timesavers". Remember Avengers? They can ***** off. I'll be waiting and have my eyes on them.

@101Force That's the main point yeah. They either focus on PC to make their games scale well across all kinds of configs or just use the average and cater their game towards that. Easier and definitely cheaper to do the latter.

@101Force Again. It's not the PC, it's the devs.

@Xiovanni You are definitely right. Depends on the devs if they allow the PC users to tweak the settings for their hardware and accommodate both mid-end and the highest end PCs or they'll rather go the route EA went for example with FIFA 22. The thing is, the top PCs have a lot bigger potential than we can see in most AAA games. That's why I suggested that studios don't lead the development with PC.

@blinx01 Games are always getting downgraded on PC because of consoles. No AAA studio truly focuses on PC these days, trust me. They all lead the development with console versions.

Competition is always welcomed.

Would love to see this on Series S as well. It should be possible with ease but Microsoft may want to keep it XSX exclusive just to make clear that THAT one is the 4K machine. Who knows... Maybe in time.

Glad to see GTA IV so high. I don't know what is it about it that makes it my favourite, but it is.

As someone who owns all of the consoles, I prefer Nintendo exclusives. Sony's offering kind of seems a bit too much focused on third-person story based games and I can only take so many of them... When it comes to racing exclusives though, Microsoft has no competition in my eyes.

For me it's Bioshock, Burnout Paradise and this might be odd, but I have immensely enjoyed Unreal Tournament 3 and Clive Barker's Jericho. Mainly Jericho is what you may call a "deep cut" and definitely not a perfect one. But again, I remember it fondly.

Tbh, I will be happy with pretty much anything. Let's just get the ball rolling again. Microsoft's BC policy was the main reason I bought Xbox One (even though I already had PS4 - later also Switch) and now the Series.

Oh God... Please publishers, just do the Smart Delivery thing, ok? This way it's going to get convoluted as hell.
