I’ve been a GR fan since the series started as a tactical shooter but also really enjoyed the open perspective of Wildlands. As others have mentioned, Breakpoint was a rushed departure from everything which had made each concept great. Fortunately over the years they have gradually improved this to where it is now the proper sequel that should have been completed prior to release. Personally, I hope they stick with an open world format while reintroducing squad dynamics that made the original so unique and popular. The best of both worlds, if you will.
