I got lucky and woke up about 30 minutes late after pre-orders started, every website I tried was crashing or was out of stock except Microsoft's xbox.com website. Target would let me add it to my cart but it removed it multiple times from it before I could finish. Fortunately I was able to get one ordered successfully from Microsoft with only minor hiccups while the website was loading.
I'm so lucky to have accidentally fallen asleep while trying to stay up all night to pre-order and then still managed to somehow get one!
