I can easily live with the fact that I will have to play this game at 30 FPS on launch, (maybe in perpetuity since I own a Series S) but I don't get why would you hold off a planned graphics mode until a later date instead of delaying the game and having the launch when both modes are ready. Maybe they didn't want to delay the game further, but I'm not sure this is the better option.
I played it on my Series S for about an hour and a half and, performance issues aside, Ghostwire Tokyo is a pretty fun game. Hope they fix these issues soon though, because the frame drops were often.
