I have actually played more games in the cloud than on my Xbox. I don’t want to deal with uninstalling games to be able to try a new game and with a family that wants time with the Xbox or just the tv it’s so much simpler to just find a quiet place with my laptop and start a stream. There’s one thing missing for me though - I cannot play local multiplayer in the cloud which is a big letdown.
As for playing on my mobile, it just isn’t convenient enough with the touch controls and the fact that my hands are always blocking parts of my screen. Sure, I can always connect a controller, but I seldom have that with me when I want to play. And if I do, I usually have my laptop as well so that becomes my preferred choice of screen.
