@Browntrouser I don’t think they said FU Xbox at all! If I remember (please correct me), the studio is compromised of two brothers. That’s it! I think they always wanted multi platform but budget and team size constrained everything. So they developed for PS5 first. Nothing wrong with that. Xbox is now getting a great game!

@Hellostranger game pass only?! Really? Some people can’t justify gamepass financially or don’t want it. Also some areas have really slow or capped internet. Lol, that is NOT how you give gamers choices.

@rustyduck you maybe right on that, what MS stating they have lost ‘the console war’ and with the buying up lately they might just be games service provider (like steam).

I have a work colleague who’s son is autistic and since he got him a switch, he says the transformation is incredible.

I have suffered from chronic depression since I was 15 (really bad childhood) but between my wife and games, I have managed to deal with it without resorting to medication.

I remember when video games had a negative press associated with them. Now, they help sooo many people cope in so many different ways, it really is fantastic to see/hear.

@Banjo- cannot say if MS will be terrified as such, but it will definitely be ‘ undesirable’ to work with them for sure. Like I said previously, the fallout is going to long and painful.

@LordFunkalot Gamepass is great value, but for me I only have some weekend time to game ( you know life, work etc) so not really good for me. But I can see why others love it👍🏻

I tend to like 3rd person games( don’t have skills for FPS on controller) turn based ( love xcom games) also like indies like Journey, inside, limbo et al.

@Kaloudz yeah real good. I will admit I’m also PlayStation (always have been) but also had gaming PC rig, but sooo sick of graphics card arms race, that I ditched it.
Got Series X , coz A) love gaming that is plug and play and B)……. Starfield!!!!!!! I mean, damn! This looks sooooo good!

Just as well, just got my first ever Xbox (Series X)at the weekend! Nice to know it will be current for a few years yet.

Nothing on Xbox at the moment……but I am getting my series s tomorrow! And just picked up the Starfield controller this morning.

Normally PlayStation and Nintendo user, but damn! Starfield looks just tooo good to pass on!
