I had my disc drive crap out, literally 4 days after the manufacturer warranty. I had to plead to them on the phone to give me a new one. They agreed because I was on Xbox live since day one. Sent my system in and they had it about 2 weeks shipping it back with a new drive. Maybe these are part of this with permanent returns?

Too bad not one but two of my disc drives for my series x have failed and died. Can't play my past disc games because of it.
