My disc drive on my series x failed not once, but twice. I have a glorified more powerful series s essentially since the warranty was up the 2nd failure. I like physical discs for my past collection that I can't even play because Microsoft wants to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it.
If they ask for 1k or more for the next console, that prices me out as a gamer.
I had my disc drive crap out, literally 4 days after the manufacturer warranty. I had to plead to them on the phone to give me a new one. They agreed because I was on Xbox live since day one. Sent my system in and they had it about 2 weeks shipping it back with a new drive. Maybe these are part of this with permanent returns?

Too bad not one but two of my disc drives for my series x have failed and died. Can't play my past disc games because of it.

Raise prices and give us stuff like Ubisoft+ that we don't want and people will leave.

I am not sorry for her while she is scuba diving in the Maldives or skiing in the alps with that nice severance package she has.
