Microsoft making a pro would be absolutely pointless, when they do little to no marketing, and when most consumers seem happy buying a series S over an X...

I have a series X and a switch, and play a lot of older games on my series X. I just don't see the huge benefit not on marginally improved graphics... its such marginal returns...

genuinely interested to see this 'biggety generational leap' that xbox talk about with the next console!!

and (without sounding like an arse) money isn't a big issue (as a single grown up without kids!)... but if my xbox backlog was smaller I'd buy a ps5 for the exclusives. but I would buy a standard ps5, 100%. I could buy a ps5 digital and most of the exclusives I want to play for less than the £830 the pro costs with a disk drive and a stand!

without reading all the comments... there would be no point when Xbox are already supporting series X, series S and (in many cases) xbox one. yet another model would make things even most constrained

I really can't wait for this, it's the first Bethesda game I've bought at release and been playing as DLC was released. Absolutely love the game!

3+4 remaster I think it's safe to say is unanimously what the fans want! Would love that so much, it was a blast playing through 1+2 again this year

I've been tempted by a PS5 for a while, not had once since PS2. At least a dozen or so exclusives that I'd love to play, but I just can't bring myself to do it while I still have 40-50 Xbox games on my account ready to play...

But if I did buy a PS it would be a standard digital PS5 for half the price of this thing...

Banjo Kazooie is one of my fave games, but I never played Banjo Tooie when I had an N64... I have it now and still haven't played it, so there. I have no idea why I even started typing this...

I can't see the point. developers have barely scratched the surface of what the Series X can do.

reminds me - is Forza Motorsport still 100% online only, or can you play career offline yet? I don't have gamepass and that's the reason I've not paid for the game

looks like such an old game, as in gameplay wise, nothing new, rubbish AI (from gameplay I've seen), drive through fences and trees, bash into cars, etc. Played so many games like this before...

@Banjo- as a MASSIVE banjo fan, I picked up Yooka-Laylee and was v disappointed. Didn't really look too hard at the sequel, so it's worth a look?

Halo. Gears. Forza. Fable... any official announcement of them for PS is the signal for me to stop spending money on Xbox as it'll be the end of the console.

for the amount of effort it must take to produce them, there is no excuse not to have a wider range to choose from, but they're cool. love the halo one

@richyroo I'm 8h in as Male, so too far to start over, but I did think several times that the voice acting for him is pretty stiff...

I finally started mass effect legendary edition yesterday, and am utterly enthralled. an absolute steal at this price

'play it day 1 with gamepass' is still rather misleading, as only 1 of the 3 gamepass tiers lets you play it day 1 (if at all)

loved LOVED co op and horde gears back in the day. best mate moving overseas soon and we have recently played through lots of gears and halo campaigns, this looks like it'll be the ideal game for us to cross-continent co-op!!

also, isn't it misleading to badge shattered space as a first party xbox GAME, as first party GAMES are day 1 on gamepass. Shattered space DLC is NOT coming to gamepass

glad I ditched GP ultimate. we are in august and hellblade 2 is it for 2024. truly lacklustre.
