@Fiendish-Beaver I agree it should be all or nothing, but in order for them to do that, I think they'd either have to get rid of game pass altogether, or at the very least, stop dropping first party titles day and date. The other thing they need to do is figure out a way to not only make current gen consoles more affordable, but also rethink their next gen console, because $1200 is too expensive for most gamers, and not everybody, myself included, wants a PC hybrid. Hopefully they're smart enough to realize this and make a cheaper console without the hybrid capabilities.

Exclusives are cool and all, but I doubt very much that two games will sell many new systems. The bigger issue will be the cost of the next gen console. If it's $1200 or more like ppl are saying, exclusives won't matter at all. They'd have to release an exclusive game as highly anticipated as GTA6 to make ppl want to fork out that kind of money. If the Series consoles only sold around 30 million, at a somewhat reasonable price, how many project Helix consoles will they sell, 10 million? At that price point, hardly anyone will buy a new Xbox, and their "exclusives" will eventually get ported to other consoles when their console fails. Unless they make a cheaper next gen console, without the hybrid aspect, Xbox as a console is essentially on death row
