Hi-Fi RUSH

The Tokyo Game Show recently took place, and as usual, Xbox aired its own showcase featuring all sorts of announcements for the local market in Japan.

Of course, the Xbox head Phil Spencer was also present, and apart from a recent message talking about the "great" time he had, Hi-Fi RUSH and The Evil Within studio Tango Gameworks has now shared some photos of another part of his trip.

It shows Phil's visit to the Xbox and ZeniMax-owned Tokyo studio. You can see he's spoken to the studio, taken a photo with them, and played some games. Unfortunately, it's not clear what exactly the team at Tango Gameworks was showcasing.

"The Tango team was excited to host Phil Spencer and Team Xbox while they were in town for TGS. We had a great time discussing both work and (of course) play! Thank you for coming, @XboxP3 and team!"

Tango Gameworks has played a significant role in the success of Xbox and Game Pass this year with its beat-bopping banger Hi-Fi RUSH. The same game has even had some content updates - adding new modes and more. The studio's other title Ghostwire: Tokyo also made its debut on Xbox back in April.

Apart from his visit to Tango Gameworks, during his time in Japan, Phil also met up with legendary video game designer Hideo Kojima, visited the 'Kanda Myojin Shrine', and did all sorts of other things like signing a PlayStation 5.
