After Leaving Xbox Game Pass, GTA V Is A Best-Seller In The UK Again

It's been a while since we last looked at the UK boxed charts, but this past week has been pretty interesting for a couple of reasons, one of which being that GTA V rocketed to second place after leaving Xbox Game Pass on August 8.

A specific breakdown of sales figures for the different platforms hasn't been provided, but the game's removal from Game Pass almost certainly had an effect, as it boasted a whopping 44% sales jump compared to the previous week.

The other interesting thing to note is that Hades finished in 8th place in the boxed charts, but only 7% of those sales were on Xbox. We didn't really expect the boxed version to be in demand considering Hades is included with Xbox Game Pass (and its digital sales would likely have been more popular on Xbox), but still, that's a very low number.
