Ubisoft Forward is set to air on Saturday, June 12 at 12PM PT / 3PM ET / 7PM UTC / 8PM BST, and while we already have some expectations, it has now been stated there will be "some surprises that you won’t want to miss."

According to a blog post, confirmed titles appearing include Far Cry 6, Riders Republic, and "the next mainline entry in the Rainbow Six franchise" - which was originally going to be called Rainbow Six Quarantine. Interestingly, there's no mention of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake, despite the fact it was originally meant to be released back in January, before being delayed twice.

It could be part of the surprises mentioned, but considering Riders Republic has been cited to appear, it seems unlikely. That begs the question as to what Ubisoft has up its sleeve. It's too early for another Assassin's Creed, and we already know Far Cry 6's release date, so now the speculation begins.

Personally, we would love to see Splinter Cell return. It's been far too long and poor old Sam Fisher has appeared in every Ubisoft property except another mainline entry. A new title would be perfect about now, but more than likely we'll see those iconic goggles, only to find it's a Watch Dogs: Legion crossover or something like that. Still, we can dream it may happen. It would sure make a lot of fans happy - us included.

What do you think these Ubisoft Forward "surprises" could be? Let us know in the comments below.
