Most people already figured this one out I think, but here's mine anyway:-)

When playing kinect games, navigating the menu's kindof gets on my nerves.

I find it much easier to use my manual controller to navigate through menu's, and only start using kinect once the actual game starts.

I like to navigate the menus using voice commands.  This is especially cool when demonstrating the system to guests.  I'll have the xbox all fired up when they enter the room and then as I casually walk about the room I'll speak my commands without paying much attention to the box.  ie: as I walk across the room to clear cushions on the sofa I say "xbox kinect". Then I might comment on a converastion and then say "xbox play disc".  While I am not even watching the screen the dashboard switches to the connect hub and then loads the game.  This usually perks their interest.

I literally didn't realise you could use the 360 controller to navigate Kinect menus...Thanks for the tip, it will save me a lot of time!

The best advise I can give is to stretch before playing for long periods, your muscles will thank you the next day.

Feel free to add me :) :
