And as for only joining today thts because ive never had any issues before with xbox and wanted to here other peoples storys aswell even the guy from MS told me i was his 3rd call to say about the faulty power supply but believe what u want 👍

@Longlouie well,.after a.long call with Microsoft , and various processes, most which I have done already, they've recognised it as a fault and given me a reference. Now just to sort out getting a replacement.

@KarlX did u get urs straight from microsoft? Or a retailer?

@KarlX At least you got the ball rolling now. I posted mine back to you Microsoft today with UPS. It goes to Germany. I got mine from a Game shop, but due to the lockdown, they couldn't/wouldn't do it anything till after lockdown. They even said that they might not have any in stock by then anyway. So best to send it back to Microsoft I think

Crikey! Sorry to hear about the faulty consoles you guys have. I'd be gutted if I dropped £450, waited ages and my new console died after a day. I hope you get sorted soon.

@Captain_Chao5 cheers mate. Yeahs it was pretty gutting, but have the ps5 coming next week, so relieves the frustration a bit bit. Just hope nothing goes wrong with that as well 🤞

@Aldo2710 All the rep said was that they would look into fixing it and if it can't be fixed they would send a replacement. Rather new or refund than fixed I think

@Aldo2710 mine was from a retailer, but as Microsoft have recognised the fault they are letting me do an advanced replacement with them. I figure I may get one quicker via them.

@Longlouie Yeah hopefully they'll sort you out. I woke up to "order processed" and a tracking number. Expected delivery for 17th. Def made the right choice to not use the retailer. I had to give them card details that would clear £474 for security. But not a problem.

@KarlX Well only sent mine back to the Microsoft yesterday, so probably won't hear back from them for a few days. Glad they got you sorted now. 17th ain't long to wait 👍🏼

Got mine sorted today aswell but think ive to wait until they send me one out first before i send mine back not entirely sure tho only got one email supposed to get 2 lol

@Aldo2710 You better look into that. It's pretty unlikely that they will send one to you before they receive your back. I had the returns label sent with 2 emails. Had to print the label out then put the xbox series in its box into another plain box. Stuck the lable on, then send it back through UPS

Just had an email to say they have sent the package i have no clue lol on the order thing it says once i recieve the order i put it in the same box it comes in and send it back going to phone them later again to double check

@Aldo2710 That's lucky for you then. Wish they did that for me. Oh well, at least I'll have the playstation next Thurs. After the series x let down, I ain't that fussed when it gets here, as long as its withing 2-3 weeks
