Topic: Broken Games on Current Consoles

… was playing JADE EMPIRE via backwards compatibility digitally on the Xbox Series X
got to a point in the game where after a cutscene in a swamp location in the middle of a battle the screen goes black and you hear audio but the game becomes unplayable from then on.
all sorts of troubleshooting led to no fix

..reached out to Bioware who told me to reach out to 2K who told me to reach out to Ea…and i’m not joking this is a true story

obviously why i’m posting here? to find out how many other broken games exist out there and how many games you all play with game breaking errors?

…and maybe even for a fix..and again all troubleshooting was done so anything suggested out there we tried it and the game remained as mentioned at the same point; unplayable!
even called microsoft support which confirmed that Jade Empire is essentially broken on Xbox Series X
