It's time for another weekend! It's been a busy old week in the world of gaming again โ especially with Valve announcing a slew of new hardware โ but we're here to talk about games this weekend, with Black Ops 7 leading the charge on Xbox Game Pass.
Here's what we're playing over the next few days:

As you've probably guessed, I will indeed be playing some Black Ops 7 this weekend! With campaign, multiplayer and Zombies mode to get stuck into, I don't really know where to start. Yes, I know COD has become a bit long in the tooth for a lot of people nowadays, but I still very much enjoy Call of Duty season every year. You can simply always rely on it!
COD aside, I'm still playing bits of ARC Raiders, Gears of War: Reloaded, The Crew Motorfest Season 8 - all sorts really! If I get any spare time outside of Black Ops 7 I'll probably be dipping into one of those - likely The Crew just to cruise around and relax after getting sweaty on Call of Duty multiplayer.
Have a lovely weekend, folks.

Yeah, I'm still hooked by Football Manager 26 on the ROG Xbox Ally X. I initially found it difficult to play on the small screen, so I docked the system and used a mouse and keyboard to get used to the brand-new (and very awkward) FM26 interface, and then switched back to handheld mode once I got the hang of it. Everything's good now, and it's amazing to be playing the full-fat version of Football Manager on an Xbox-branded device.
The Ally X is where I'm spending basically all my time at the moment, but if I do turn on my Xbox Series X at all, it'll be to play either the newly-released Contraband Police or LEGO Party! with my wife. I'm still not convinced by the latter - it's got some great ideas and I love what it's trying to do, but it lacks some of Mario Party's charm.
I saw Elijah Wood gushing over Blue Prince recently too, so I want to play that again now!
Have a good weekend everyone.
