For full gaming experience, you should need a dedicated gaming hardware to play games. So xbox game pass is really strong. It lets you play games with your PC, your xbox and you can stream to mobile if you want. I also have PS Now sub to 7/2021 but I have to admit that the service is quite weak and not tempting. There are just a very few good downloadable ps4 games for toddlers. Sony is not focusing or improving PS now.
