I still play the first one on the Wii U occasionally. That, and MH3U since it was on sale last week.

I still need to get one of these so I can play XI on my slim. lol

@EternalDragonX I've played Warframe, and if any game does F2P right, Warframe is that game. Every item in the game is available through extensive playing and farming, the only thing microtransactions are used for in game is for quicker access to said items. It's not like other F2P games where microtransactions are utilized to get the upper hand on everyone else in the game. It IS a CO-OP TPS, after all. Don't be so quick to judge a game based on the negative stereotypes set by games that use the same business model.

@HEADESTROYER4 Agreed. One of these days, I just might start a Twitter campaign to promote constructive strides towards revolutionizing online gaming. Hopefully sooner rather than later, ha ha ha.

@hydeks Dude, this is Square Enix we're talking about. They backed Thief AND Murdered: Soul Suspect and decided to cut out the Wii U in favor of its mainstream and hipster-catering brethren. They don't care what anyone thinks, ha ha ha. If they want to succeed, they just need to bring the JRPGs back to every console out there. Final Fantasy XIV was even starting to turn a profit, but now they're just shooting themselves in the foot again.

Pass. I'll just wait until ACV.

I'd rather Capcom reboot the series and go back to its clunky roots to give the fans and newcomers alike a genuine scare. Not unlike Dead Space's sequels.

It makes me wonder what kinds of engines developers could come up with if they didn't release games every year and just focused strictly on quality. I remember a time when shooters and RPGs weren't released on a monthly basis.

So...Assassin's Creed went from being an ideological inspiration to a parkour showcase. Can't say I'm surprised. Ever since ACII the franchise had been flooded and perverted by a bunch of hipsters who bask in flashy, gimmicky shows of bloodlust. I'm just hoping the next iPhone will draw them away from it, hopefully bring the series back to its roots.

@hydeks I never said I didn't have an interest in Microsoft in general. Just no interest in Xbox Live or most of the IPs. Halo still has my interest as well as Dance Central. Don't be so sensitive or political about this. What I do with my money is my business, and as a gamer, I choose to invest my money into games that I find I will actually enjoy. At the moment, the genres that pique my interest are sci-fi FPSs, RPGs and rhythm games.

Probably would've been more constructive if MS had implemented a cross-buy feature. Ha ha ha.

My console hierarchy goes in this order:

1) Wii U
2) PlayStation 4
3) Xbox One

The reason being that Microsoft's IPs don't really interest me. I never got into Gears of War and Fable went downhill. Halo was the 360s only saving grace when I was on it. Now I'm just waiting for the Master Chief collection. As far as the PS4 goes. There's plenty of great free-to-play games and since the online-only games don't require PS+ I'm all over it. Still, not having to pay to play online in addition to obscenely chaotic action games coming up for it, I'd still pick the Wii U over the others.

I'm a gamer. I play games.

I need to move on from Awesomenauts. Hopefully this'll suffice. lol

I'm Filipino, the closest thing to Malaysian, which I assume is where the next Far Cry is being set and I don't see anything racist about this. People whine too much. You want racism in games? Look at the Call of Duty franchise in which they constantly glorify killing people of the Asian collective since World at War (Russians, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese).
