Hmm...Probably a good thing they're releasing this compilation if they're including Nightfall. The canon in the Halo universe has been becoming increasingly inconsistent, so it's nice to have something that'll tie it all together.

I had a feeling something like that was gonna happen. Should've partnered with Nintendo, Microsoft or Sony instead of Square Enix. Seems SE is where developers go to die.

@DRL I know exactly what you mean. I'm just excited to experience both games on the Wii U. Been itching for an action game for awhile since I've been playing XIV too much.

As far as all next-gen consoles are concerned, my top 5 consists of:

1. Mario Kart 8
2. Child of Light (Bought it for all three NGC's)
3. inFamous: Second Son
4. Titanfall
5. Strider

Honorable Mention: A Realm Reborn: Final Fantasy XIV.

The reason being that it's as fast-paced as other MMOs that succeeded WoW and is executed so seamlessly on my PS4, a far cry from its PS3 counterpart. Though, I do think the WHOLE gaming community would benefit by making it as accessible on as many platforms as possible. I played XI across the PS2, PC and 360 playerbases. I'd like to be able to play with PC/Mac/PS3/PS4/NWU/XBO users utilizing in-game voice chat as well, but I digress. I keep going on my quasi-progressive gamer rants, ha ha ha.

I Am Alive is $3.74? I'm surprised it's that high at all. Should probably be $2.99 at the very most. $0.50 if it's on sale.

As much as I loved season one, I'm gonna wait until all the episodes are released before I get it. The prospect of episodic content makes me very, very, VERY impatient.

Says it's not available in my country...is it a EU exclusive?

I remember when the fanboys were giving Nintendo flak for getting "subpar" ports of "last-gen" games. The "next-gen" lineups are flooded with them. The irony, of which, is not lost on me. Ha ha ha.

Okay, now THIS is something I could get into. Like if one of my XBL friends loaned me a digital copy of a game for like a week MS could generate a ticket for a "rental" that would expire a week after I boot the title. Kinda reminds me of the PlayStation Plus Full Game Trials I used to dabble in, but longer. Maybe also put in some restrictions like no achievements since they don't actually own the game or something like that.

@Generik Not at all surprising that they're going back on their word. I can't wait until someone decides to release RPGs every year...oh, wait, Square Enix tried the biennial route and it didn't pan out well for them. lol

Not sure how I feel about the zombie genre anymore, but I'd probably check this out before I get Splatoon on my Wii U.

Then again, it did bug me a bit that the whole Tecmo Koei thing wasn't reflected in their logo. My OCD makes me neurotic over that sort of thing.

For some reason I never got into this series, not even in its anime form. I'm itching for something new lately, though, and since Sega isn't inclined to bring the Yakuza installments to the West anymore, I just might resort to this.

As far as online-only achievements go, I think I'll pass on trying to earn them. Most of it is based on luck rather than skill anyway. :/

The prospect of a shooter for Plants vs Zombies went over my head at first, but I think I'm coming around to it. Just need to find a used copy.

Hmm...$20 savings for the last-gen version, huh? Interesting decision. Pretty sure Titanfall would've sold more if the 360 version was the same price.

I only have two HDMI ports on my 32" Sony Bravia and since I can stream from my PS4 itself, I just hook up my Wii U to my XBO and workaround having to buy more capture cards.

Sounds like I should look into it myself, since I could stand to lose some weight as well. Looking forward to hearing more of your progress.

Not too sure how I feel about dropping $30 on this game anymore. Still great, but not too much replay value.

It may just be me, but these exclusive DLC packs just seem like vanity to me. Unless it gives you some absurd advantage in getting achievements, I don't think I'd be interested.

Huh...kind of a strange way to reach out to players since it's been so long since BF3's release.

Not sure if an exclusive Ninja Gaiden is in the works since Tecmo Koei likes to do things cross-platform. If you wanted exclusivity, you probably should've convinced Tomonobu Itagaki to stay with Tecmo Koei and Team Ninja.

I think this is the only aspect of the Xbox gaming community in which I appreciate having achievements for. Not only will I validate my gamer profile with achievements from fitness games, but I will reap the physical benefits as well.

I find myself relieved at the fact that this site is as punny as NintendoLife and PushSquare. xD

Lots of western titles...I know the Japanese like to play FPS games, but titles from the Musou series tend to sell better there, in addition to RPGs in general.
