Still nothing for me in the UK as well. But I snagged an extra week GPU extension from MS support because of this. If they'll not fix it by the end of next week then I'll ask for another GPU extension and so on
UK account and it's still showing me that I need to pay 25£ for it. I rally don't understand how this uograde is implemented, clearly it's not region based since many people from UK already received the offer/upgrade
@MaccaMUFC don't bother, it doesn't work. I have contacted MS support and they've confirmed there's an ongoing issue in regards to the entitlements and we have to wait for a resolution.
