I think a city environment is cool. As far as immersion goes, Tokyo is absolutely massive, so I don't know how I feel about a miniaturized Tokyo existing on a world map with (probably) mostly wilderness? You could say the same with cities in the other games, but none of them included the largest metro area in the world 😂
If nothing else, Forza Horizon maps offer an interesting alternative representation of reality. All that really matters is whether it's fun!
