this game is already so well optimized at 30 FPS that it would still be interesting to see how it runs at 60 FPS. I've played it 3 times, for my part. A unique experience whose playtime is more than reasonable.

As an Xbox SERIES player and Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, I'm also fine with it because I feel privileged having day one games in the service and I can access them everywhere.
