@Batfan2425 that only works if you're on the same network as your xbox. Sure, you can use a VPN to circumvent that problem but if just ONE of the networks is shoddy (and it always is when you need it the most) then it's restart-restart-restart next to laggy. Having your titles accessible in the cloud eliminates multiple problems.
The chosen titles do not make a lot of marketing sense and they're probably just easy ones running on engines which preceded them. No, I would focus on full coop games. Because with this, EVERY game becomes a couch coop game. Nothing travels faster than the word of mouth.
Starfield has always been a mashup of other great games. Pips, ship modules, spaceflight in general: Elite Dangerous. Scanning stuff and stumbling across the same 10 random encounters: No Man's Sky. The interaction with NPC's: every fallout/elder scrolls. Etc. Even the main storyline isn't exactly new in the sci-fi world which has been about multiverse since 2017. So.... Putting in more loading screens suits it fine, makes it all the more a jack of all trade and a master of none. Would've been nice to see seamless loading, but I guess that was too hard to copy from other games.
This game, like it's predecessor, was one of the few games which was actually worth the buy in this age. Wasn't just the absence of IAP's/battlepass or a megalomaniac selling it bigger than it is (looking at you, Todd Howard). Finishing it felt like I just watched a movie and had to cool down due to the emotional roller-coaster I went through. Can't wait for the next part. There is a next part right? All things SW come in trilogies, no?
It's not useful to me. Shows just divide the attention, making me half a gamer and half knowing what's happening in the show (also: the snapshow is tiny, having to squint at the screen to make out details) . Music was an option until they enabled it to play in the background so no need for snap. Walkthroughs are easier on the phone (scrolling, zooming at screenshots).
It has not lived up to my expectations as it hasn't really brought anything new. In fact it's more of a mashup of several games making it the jack of all trades, master of none.
Space(combat) , ships modules, power pips, it's a slimmed down version of Elite Dangerous combined with some No Man's Sky elements. But those two perform better at immersion, like allowing the player to fly above the landscape.
Building, materials, manufacturing, those are elements which are very common in many games. This is why it's actually puzzling the building/crafting is so limited compared to their last two fallout titles. Top-down view makes it look nice tho.
After doing the main questline a couple of times, the factions quest lines and agazillion of misc, it's become clear to me that it's standard Bethesda storytelling, but without the excesses. Don't expect humor peaks like that prince in skyrim, super mutant insider-jokes or anything. It's more bland and trying verrry hard to look realistic.
Also, the world isn't really that big. The USABLE world where things happen. There's only a handful of cities.
My advice is to wait a year or two when Bethesda realizes these things too. Fo76 was a fail-launch and they used the experience to actually make it great. Hopefully the same goes for starfield, finding something to excel in. Maybe an exciting new campaign DLC in a new galaxy with 200+ stars.

Re: Talking Point: Is There A Place For 'Snap Mode' On Xbox In 2024?

Can't think of anything else.
