Re: Talking Point: As Xbox Celebrates 25 Years, What's Your First Ever Xbox Memory?

Since the OG Xbox wasn't sold in my country, I had a friend in Germany get one for me back in 2002. The modchip was actually waiting at home before the console even arrived. The day I got it, I fired it up just to see if it worked, looked at the original dashboard for about five minutes, then did the soldering and moved on with the XBMC dashboard.
I was considering the OG Xbox to be the successor to the Dreamcast, which I had thoroughly enjoyed playing up until that point.

What made Breakpoint feel bad was being dropped into a world so high-tech after a realistic, well written, full of iconic charactes game like Wildlands. Since GRAW, our team had the most advanced technology in the game, and in this game, it's as if they wanted to switch roles, although players weren't ready for it. But Breakpoint becomes familiar and loved over time.
Playing in the third-person perspective, which has been a constant feature of the series since GRAW (Xbox360 vers.), has always been enjoyable. Now they're planning to scrap that and turn it into an FPS, of which there are plenty. Also, adding pvp/battleroyal/arena instead of or alongside co-op will be a negative feature for an older generation player like me.
