@Kraven Yes. I’m tired of people complaining about Sony’s “formula”, but yet still support and play the games regardless. Also complaining about Sony’s “formula”, when they release maybe 1, or 2 games a year is laughable. I hope all you people who complain about Sony’s formula bought Astro Bot, since it’s not the typical story driven, cinematic game that Sony is known for
@Kraven And what Xbox games have that “awe” factor? The irony of your comment is that the PS3 was the lowest selling PS console, despite having games with the “awe” factor. Also most people say the Xbox 360 won that generation despite the PS3 having so many so called amazing games, and selling more units in the end.
Early PS4? What “awe” factor games did PS release early in the PS4 gen? Killzone: Shadowfall? Knack? Infamous: Second Son? Until Dawn? The Order: 1886? Bloodbourne? 3 of those games aren’t even from Sony’s first party studios. Until Dawn, The Order: 1886, and Bloodbourne were developed by 3rd party studios. You guys like to shame Sony for 3rd party exclusives, remember?
@Banjo- Why would Sony promote Xbox at their shows? Nintendo doesn’t promote Xbox, or PS at their shows, even if the game is multi platform. Why would Xbox port their games to PlayStation and Nintendo and not let anyone know these games are coming to PlayStation? Kinda defeats the purpose, don’t you think? Xbox showing other platforms at their shows is their way of showing that they aren’t trying to compete in the console market anymore.
@Kraven Lol yeah sure. Complains about Sony games being more of the same, yet you’re still gonna buy, and play them smh. Until your actions start matching your words, nobody cares about what you have to say about Sony games.
Xbox has a lot of variety amongst their first party games, but be honest, how many of those Xbox games would you buy with your own money? Or would buy them at full price? Whenever Sony does something out of the norm like Astro Bot for example, the game doesn’t do well financially, and you wonder why they stick to what works.

@ZeD So why did you even mention Highguard, if it’s not relevant to the topic? I don’t understand why people wouldn’t want to play, or at least try a game that is getting good reviews. Your words make it seem like you want Marathon to flop.
@kmtrain83 Xbox lost the console war, that’s why. If Xbox won the console war, you really think Xbox gamers would want console gaming to be a thing of the past? They can’t stand Sony, so they rather console gaming go away entirely
@fatpunkslim Why are you making such a big deal about this? You’re getting two games that most Xbox gamers probably wouldn’t touch, unless they were on game pass. You’re getting two games that no one really cares about, meanwhile PS is getting Halo Combat Evolved, South of Midnight, Starfield, and possibly more in 2026.
Not to mention, MS already announced Forza Horizon 6 is coming to PS5. PS is getting all of Xbox biggest titles, and here you are celebrating about two irrelevant games. Just stop the nonsense. The console war is over
@Ricky-Spanish I think you fail to take into account that publishers like MS, and Sony lose money on consoles, because they have to sell their consoles for less money than it cost to make them. Considering that the Xbox Series X/S is barely selling and has gone up in price since launch, do you really think it’s a good idea for MS to release a new more expensive console right now? Serious question
@Coletrain Spider-Man 2 is a sequel, what were you expecting? Also I think it’s disingenuous to act like SM2 is the same exact game as the first one. SM2 has a bigger map, you can switch between Peter, and Miles instantaneously, you can use symbiote abilities, the traversal is much faster, Peter can use the mechanical spider-arms, there’s more activities etc. I really don’t know what ppl expect from a sequel.
Also, you claim Indiana Jones is “PS4 hay day great.” What game on PS4 is anything like Indiana Jones? You can make a case for Uncharted 4, but Indy being in first person perspective, makes it very different from Uncharted. Indiana Jones reminds me of Xbox hay day, back in the Xbox 360 gen more than anything from the PS4 era

@ZeD Highguard didn’t get good review scores though. A 63 on metacritic is considered good to you?
