The comment made by someone was insinuating people are saying Xbox has no games, which is an old rhetorical argument that no longer is true, hence why myself and Blueocean were like "who says that?" Because clearly nobody can say that anymore. Then Ultimate otaku said PlayStation has more games than Xbox. which is also true when taking in account the JrPG's etc. I'm summary, we all agree Xbox has games, so the comment that Xbox has no games is debunked. Let's not make it about who has more lol, it's a pointless argument.

@UltimateOtaku91 So really, the argument here is PS5 has more IF you're into JRPG's. If you're not that heavily into JRPG games then Xbox provides more. Guess it comes down to personal taste in games

I heard a preview praising it but seeing as this is Destin (who was convinced metal gear remake was gonna show up at state of play) I'll be sure to wait and find out for myself. Destin is a weird guy, he has weirdest complaints and is always off target with predictions.

I remember making the choice to go PS4 after having owned a 360. I was certain Xbox was going to go down like Dreamcast, but then one day I see a Xbox one S going for cheap and as I'm buying it the sales assistant tells me about gamepass. Well, my PlayStation soon was devoured by dust. Series X was a no brainer for me, especially after hearing about them buying Obsidian and Bethesda.

It would be brilliant if they released the endless DLC alongside CO-OP.

Such a massive shame seeing as the campaign was so much fun and such a hit and you know what, they could make money with story DLC, they don't need to do this overpriced cosmetic stuff and I know it's only cosmetics and it doesn't ruin the experience but it does feel greedy and unnecessary

I think it's starting to hit home now good Xbox has become, with games like Hellblade 2 leading the front of next gen gaming. You know I was thinking about why have certain fanboys taken to the comment section to shout downgrade or to try convince everyone it's rubbish because it's on Xbox and all I can think of is, fear. I think they're scared that Xbox might change things up too much and change can be scary for people. Buying games and playing the traditional blockbuster use to be Sony but now Xbox is stepping up, like they did in 2001. They're not dreamcast, they refuse to die off, but with their aggressive tactics and heaps of money it must scare certain fanboys that they'll dwarf the competition. Why else be so angry about Xbox getting better at games? Game pass is video game of Netflix and we hear a lot about comedians joke about owning physical media now, I recall people saying DVD's were a fad, and VHS won't die. I'm not saying Sony will die, I think PlayStation will be around for a very long time but I do think Sony fanboys don't truly believe that themsleves. With game pass and Xbox exclusives looking as good as hellblade they don't have much room for justified negativity like, remember Xbox has no games, funny how that argument went deaf. Then it was Xbox has no good games, huh, that's gone too. Now Xbox does have good games and now they're revolutionizing gaming with cloud gaming and game pass, it does seem like a massive shift and people aren't good at adapting to massive shifts.

Guess what I'm saying is, the fanboys trying to muddy the waters are just worried about their preferred console. Don't be guys. Sony will adapt too. Change isn't always bad.

I'm excited for this Game, also broken age which is out tomorrow too. The gunk looks like a classic Xbox game as in it reminds me of the classic games from the original Xbox era.

@UltimateOtaku91 Yeah these kind of games are perfect for Game pass I think for that exact reason. I think evolve was the Crystal ball to how these kind of games die out. Fun for a blast but eventually fizzled out. I liked back 4 blood. World war Z too. I don't play them anymore tho lol.

@Richnj I think back at the time it would not have been timed. Xbox were out for blood after Sony released the massively popular PS2, AND, Sony called out MS lol. On top of that Sony dominated so hard the Sega Dreamcast died. Xbox was fighting hard. They just made a bad choice. 2021 really seems like 2001 all over again. Sony has the throne, Xbox is looking to take it from them, which means we all, as gamers, are going to get better deals and better games. Just look at what Xbox has achieved this year, expanding on gamepass, delivering critical hits like Halo, Forza, Flight MS, Age of empires, Psychonaughts 2, and Deathloop. PlayStation has been lucky that contracts were predrawn but coming into 2022, everything Xbox owns is going to be exclusive.

But this point in particular is fascinating because had GTA been a Xbox exclusive I do have to wonder if they would have suffered during the Xbox one era, when Xbox exclusives clearly took a back seat, we might not have ever gotten GTA 4 or 5.

Daaaam. Imagine a parallel world where PlayStation made Halo and Xbox did GTA 3 lol. But really though how weird that gta 3 nearly came to xbox. I loved watching the documentary on youtube, that while pitch where Gates went mental then was all like "I love it".

if the reviews are good I might actually spend money on it lol. I definitely think it looks cool going by this preview and you know what, seeing as Halo was day one Game pass (had it not been I would have brought it) I might just take a leap and buy Crossfire X. Either way how cool to have another console exclusive in just two months time. Forza, Halo, the Gunk, and Crossfire. That's four exclusives in just under four months. Wow.

Lol people trying to amount the leaving of Yakuza as a significant loss. Been on the service long enough and there's loads on the service to keep the bar high. naturally the pessimists will want to see this as a calamity but really it's just typical of any streaming Netflix style service. Xbox has already announced tons of games coming next month and many more next year and with the likes of starfield it's safe to say yakuza leaving isn't the end of the world.

I just read that this is made by former left 4 dead developers and writer. According to early testers it captures the left 4 dead soul way more than Back 4 Blood and has a very early valve feel to its gameplay. This seems like a perfect Game pass addition and, just maybe, a really great game

Yakuza games have been on the game pass for aaaaages. It sucks to some go but I'm assuming their player count isn't really that high anymore seeing as they've been available for so long. Glad I played through them when I did though

@Bleachedsmiles Bethesda games left Xbox before the acquisition but I still think your right about Sega
