@FraserG I'm no longer receiving anymore quests and the ones that were remaining (Quest Completionist, a weekly one for Sims 3 and a monthly one for For Honour) have disappeared. Has this ever happened to yourself or anyone you know? 🤔
@FraserG They kept on saying it was all due to "technical difficulties" that were 'miraculously' only fixed upon me raising an issue. My point is that if these so-called technical difficulties occur accidentally on purpose with such regularity - and one only needs to do a modicum of research on Google to see this happens frequently and before the current punch cards- then how many people are simply letting it slide or unable to argue their case in order to get what they're owed? Points equals money, so effectively cashback is being offered as a reward to entice people to spend money. There's definitely the potential for fraudulent activity on a mass scale.
@FraserG That's for getting back to me. 🙏 Incidentally...
I'd find it less suspicious if they'd tell me who their governing body are when asked. But no, after three times of asking them they have now resorted to blanking me. Perchance, do you happen to know who Microsoft's governing body are?
@FraserG What I'd like is for an article to be put up to ascertain just how many of your subscribers have not received reward points for both of the current punch cards and ones from the past. Would make for an enlightening article, me thinks...
Firstly, I purchased a game from the Summer Spotlight, Death's Door, but the money spent (£16.74) hasn't shown up on the relevant punch card. This is getting beyond a joke!
Finally, can you tell me who Microsoft's governing body is? From my perspective, having seen numerous examples of this happening to other people, with many who won't think to contact Microsoft, it would appear as though many are being tricked into spending money that they wouldn't have if it wasn't for the expected points. Now, let's say that half the people don't air their issue with Microsoft, then accumulated cash money equivalent of all of the points that would have gone amiss would amount to a considerable amount of money that customers have been conned out of.
Lastly, and for the third time and final time, please provide me with details on who Microsoft's governing body are. For the sake of all the people Microsoft are clearly conning, I feel they need to be made aware of such dubious tactics.
@FraserG After a series of emails, they finally sorted it out. Well, at first they only put £25 onto my punch card, meaning I had to contact them again to get them to push it up to £30 so I could collect my points. But then, laughably, it has happened again with the Summer Spotlight one. I brought Death's Door but, alas, the money spent isn't showing up on the punch card. Here's the email I have just sent them...
@FraserG I hope so, but given some of the replies on here, I'm really not confident. It's been three days since the first message asking me to be patient. I purchased the games on the strength of also getting the points and wouldn't have bothered otherwise.
I spent £30.68 on Saints Row The Third and Control Ultimate Edition on the other punch card for the Summer Sale but it didn't register my having done so. I received a refund and brought the games again thinking it was a one-time error. Alas, it wasn't and now I'm seemingly example ected to spend another £30+ in order to receive the 4,000. I've already reached out to the Rewards team who have simply thanked me for my patience while they look at my account to validate the issue. Having done some research, I found that myriad people have had the same problem. I feel ripped off and duped.

@FraserG
Evening Marco,
Firstly, I purchased a game from the Summer Spotlight, Death's Door, but the money spent (£16.74) hasn't shown up on the relevant punch card.
Lastly, and for the third time and final time, please provide me with details on who Microsoft's governing body are. For the sake of all the people Microsoft are clearly conning, I feel they need to be made aware of such dubious tactics.
Regards,
Gareth
