The #1 hurdle for these devices is the Switch 2, especially if they're targeting a Holiday release. Those craving a portable can likely pick up a Switch 2 Holiday bundle, with a pack-in game, at likely at least $100+ lower than what the base model XAlly will likely cost. My personal concern is durability. With the somewhat modular ability of the Switch 2, if a part of the controller fails then I can replace/repair the controller at cost. With the XAlly, I'm unsure what repairs will look like - certainly not likely easy or cheap.
