At some point in the very near future, I am sure that Square Enix will be a Sony acquisition, so I would not expect to see too many games coming to Xbox anymore.
In years to come, we are all going to look back on this and question what the hell was going on right now. I expect all the promises to be broken and gaming will be a mess.
What about actually getting all the developers that were acquisitions years ago to make games instead of jumping around tying to buy full on publishers?? I don’t get Microsoft at all. And now this clown is saying the deal needs to happen to better compete in Japan? Nintendo rules Japan and there isn’t a COD game on the switch..
In all honesty, this is probably a game that didn’t really need a sequel, the first was such a standout title and deserved every plaudit it received, it might have been best left at that! However, I am still very much excited about the release and I would say that it will be a safe release around the first quarter of 2024!
If that is the case, then that is fantastic. However, it would be in Bethesdas best interest to use the time between now and whatever launch window they have to spend the time going through the probable crazy amount of Glitches and Bugs that will be in the game right now. This is the first massive game to be released by Bethesda since Microsoft bought them and it would be a great thing if the game was working as best as perfect as possible when it arrives.!!
I actually bought the Original Xbox for Jet set Radio Future above all else and I would have loved to see a sequel, remake or remaster from Sega. That was one amazing game!!
Very likely that GamePass will go up in price after the news confirmed that there is now a slowing of the uptake in the service on Console. I would imagine the Series X will also go up in price, but I would not expect games to change.
I am predominantly a PlayStation gamer myself, and even though I am not in favour of Microsoft’s deal to buy Activision, because I do think it will effect the industry negatively, I wish Jim Ryan would just shut up and focus Sonys attention at rekindling the Killzone franchise and perhaps trying to make a worthy competitor to the COD series. After all , that would be mutually beneficial for Xbox and PlayStation gamers, and would make for better gaming experiences in the long run for both sets of fans.. Believe you me also, Sony fans are as sick as Xbox fans when it comes to Ryan. All this negativity is doing more damage than the acquisition at this point..

Re: Hi-Fi RUSH Has Xbox Boss Thinking About Jet Set Radio Future (Again)
@ZYDIO yeah, it was BK on 360. Very strange it didn’t get the same treatment on the One.
Re: Hi-Fi RUSH Has Xbox Boss Thinking About Jet Set Radio Future (Again)
@ZYDIO Yes bud, I started playing Jet Set Future after this post also! It’s still an amazing game!
Re: Hi-Fi RUSH Has Xbox Boss Thinking About Jet Set Radio Future (Again)
@ZYDIO I bought the game on release separately to the Xbox, so not the GT bundle. 😄
